oh god i saw the mtv/myspace ‘community dialogue’/performance by edwards while working out the other day at the gym. i couldn’t believe what a joke it was. all the questions were lay ups, what would be tough issues/questions were phrased in the softest way. it was such a waste of life, there were no candid questions or answers. ugh! it was seriously like one big circle jerk of propaganda. i wonder if the ppl in the audience knew the whole shortage of prescription drugs/US being dependent on foreign imports for the flu vaccine a few years back (for example), is actually a result of edwards’ frivolous tort suits, which forced american pharmaceutical companies to shut down?
anyway, i ended up shifting my attention to rock of love, or some such inanity. people like edwards make young people not care about politics anymore. err well… just be extremely disenchanted with the process to the point where they give up trying (at least for the ones who think for themselves), and the brainwashed end up voting.
