Probably. I suspect it’s even simpler than that - she’s being paid to say outlandish things, and she gets paid more the more outlandish her statements. Seriously, everytime she says something no sane person would say, her name gets splashed all over the news for days and she gets several followup interviews. She’s raking in money from offending people’s most sensitive issues.. on purpose.
If she actually believes what she’s saying that’s even worse.
The reason I dislike her so much is that it’s people like her who are so terribly polarizing the debate on said sensitive issues. Homosexuality, women’s rights, religious doctrine, everything is becoming a battle over ideology thanks to people like Ann Coulter. There’s no coming to agreement anymore - only who gets to buy off Congress first. It’s sickening.
