Hillary Clinton Lies About Her Experience

March 24, 2008

Props to Andrew Sullivan’s blog for bringing this to my attention. It really calls Hillary Clinton’s claim of foreign policy experience into question.

I don’t like to use the word “lie” lightly, but when she talks about landing under sniper fire where there was none, running with her head down when she was walking slowly with her head held high, and canceling a greeting ceremony of which there is footage, it’s to hard to say that she is not lying. Although I suppose that depends on what your definition of “is” is (I couldn’t resist).

Wow, Hillary has so much experience, I totally didn’t know she could sing in such an awful manner. I so want her to win the nomination, she is so cool. She is so not unoriginal. I think that she could be president with out being bills hubby, oh, I mean wife. Seriously folks, vote for the person with the most ficticious experience, vote Clinton.

PS Fuck you bill, you should have run away with monica, for real son.

It looks like the Web is definitely Obama territory these days. Just look at this screenshot from http://www.viralvideochart.com that I took just a minute ago:

You know, Ian, I’m really not a big fan of this. There are so many legitimate ways to criticize Senator Clinton that have nothing to do with her gender or her husband’s peccadilloes. Her supporters take these kinds of attacks as evidence that those who support Obama or oppose her own candidacy are doing so more on the basis of gender bias than real objections to her character or her policies.

I think we need to be mindful of how comments like this seem to others, particularly those who support Senator Clinton and whose support will be critical to shore up the general election for Senator Obama once he takes the nomination.

Just to be sure, The Ian up above is not Ian Barlow. I don’t think that she would be where she is today with out the fact that her husband was Bill, but thats really a difficult point to discuss. I am deeply concerned over the division of the Democratic party, and do so hope it reconciles well. This will be a tough task, and I have no interest in instigating further hostilities.

About her statements in Bosnia, I simply think she was ridiculously over dramatic at a time when she should have been more careful. What she told everyone that she did is what Im sure the paranoid escorts of the first lady told her to be ready for, not what happened. I seriously doubt she simply forgot about the event, she made a stupid mistake and is now trying to cover up for it.

As for Bill leaving Hillary for Monica, for real son, she waint that fine.

Nah, nah, nah, nah naaaahhhhh. She is a LIAR, not a “misspeaker” “misunderstood,” “confused,” etc., etc. Believe me, I have been under combat fire, YOU NEVER FORGET IT AND YOU DON”T IMAGINE IT. She is a LIAR, plain and simple. STOP MAKING EXCUSES FOR LIARS - call it what it is.

Got something to say?
